Industrial Management
The Business Administration – Industrial Management degree (Bachelor of Arts, B.A.) is integrated with vocational training as an "Industriekaufmann/-frau" (industrial management assistant). Students qualify for a broad range of tasks across various sectors. Specific topics include modules such as Organisation / Organisational Development and Procurement / Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
B.A. Business Administration
Banking and Finance
The Business Administration – Banking and Finance degree (Bachelor of Arts, B.A.) is integrated with vocational training as a "Bankkaufmann/-frau" (German banking apprenticeship), as a "Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen" (insurance and financial investment professional), or as a "Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte/r" (social insurance professional). Students qualify for a broad range of tasks across all business areas of credit institutions and insurance companies. Specific topics include modules such as Money and Investment, Lending, Property and Casualty Insurance, Contract and Claims Management, as well as a solid foundation in mathematical and statistical methods.
B.A. Business Administration
Management of SMEs
The Business Administration – Management of SMEs degree (Bachelor of Arts, B.A.) can be combined with a vocational apprenticeship in a skilled trade or technical-industrial field, or with training as a "Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement" (office management professional). Possible career fields include, for example, joinery, carpentry or horticulture, as well as bakery, confectionery or chef training.
B.A. Business Administration
Marketing and Communication
The Business Administration – Marketing and Communication degree (Bachelor of Arts, B.A.) is integrated with vocational training as a "Kaufmann/-frau für Marketingkommunikation" (marketing communications professional). Students qualify for a broad range of tasks at agencies, consulting firms, or in the communications departments of companies. Specific topics include modules such as Market Analysis and Media Planning.
B.Sc. Computer Science
The Computer Science degree (Bachelor of Science, B.Sc.) is integrated with vocational training as a "Fachinformatiker/-in" (IT specialist apprenticeship, IHK-certified). Students qualify for a broad range of tasks in application development and systems integration. Specialisations in Data and Process Analysis or Digital Networking are also available. Topics include introductory and foundation modules (e.g. mathematics), as well as programming languages, IT security and software engineering.
B.Sc. Applied Nursing Science
Starting in the winter semester 2024/25, Berufliche Hochschule Hamburg (BHH) offers the Applied Nursing Science degree programme (Bachelor of Science, B.Sc.) for the first time. The programme is combined with vocational training as a "Pflegefachmann/-frau" (registered nurse under German nursing law). As a qualified registered nurse and nursing scientist, you take on a varied and responsible role: you contribute not only to the quality of care within your organisations, but also to the development of new concepts and processes.

Apply to the company for the integrated study and vocational training programme! Interested in a company that does not yet cooperate with BHH? Just ask! We are happy to support you on your way.

3. Study contract & enrolment
The company decides whether to take you on for integrated study and vocational training. You sign a training contract and a study contract, and enrolment can begin. We look forward to welcoming you!
