Project content

WIN4SMEs combines the strengths of vocational and higher education to support SMEs with Workplace Innovation. Creating an integrated learning network across Europe is one of its goals. The vocational university contributes research outputs and scientific methods, which support vocational schools and companies with practical skills and operational know-how.

Main objectives of the project

• Creating regional anchor projects and measures
• Stronger focus on the needs of SMEs
• Focus on incentives for networking SMEs with external partners such as vocational education and higher education institutions

BHH's tasks

In the WIN4SME project, BHH supports tasks relating in particular to knowledge transfer from the area of study-integrated training and to the development of new study offerings focused on the needs of SMEs.
